Refund Policy

Introduction

At Orbit, we strive to provide the highest quality service to our customers. Due to the nature of our digital design and software services, our refund processes are subject to specific conditions. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our services.

Refund Conditions

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Payments made prior to the commencement of a project (if no work has been done and no approval has been given).
  • When the delivery time stated in the service agreement is unreasonably exceeded due to reasons caused by us.
  • When the delivered work completely fails to match the previously approved draft or requirements, and correction requests cannot be met.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

When it comes to digital products and custom designs, refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • Projects that have been completed and delivered with customer approval.
  • Delays or corrections arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
  • Requests based on a change of mind or subjective reasons like "not liking it" (in these cases, the right to revision is utilized).

Right to Revision

Depending on the service package you purchased, you have a certain number of free revision rights. For details that do not meet your expectations, it is recommended to primarily use your right to revision instead of requesting a refund.

Refund Process

You can submit your refund request via email to contact@orbitgraphic.com, along with your order number and detailed justification. Your request will be evaluated by our team, and we will get back to you within 7 business days at the latest. Approved refunds are transferred to your payment method within 7-14 business days.
